Top Reasons links are rejected?

1. No description is submitted.
2. Description is packed full of keywords.
3. Title is packed full of keywords.
4. Title is not relevant to the website.
5. A valid email address is not used.
6. Site is submitted to inappropriate category.
7. Site is of very low quality or under construction.
